  • Demonstrate how parents register students on.
  • Demonstrate how Hamilton employees complete the online registration.

Requirements

  1. Chromebooks. Of which a few should be delivered to each front office.
  2. Internet connectivity
  3. Various other documents used for registration (proof of residency, etc.).
  4. All form activity happens at https://forms.hcsdoh.net.

Short Steps

  1. Collect student documentations
  2. Approve the registration
  3. PRINT the registration
  4. Manually enter data into DASL. Yes, this is not optimal. But we ARE moving towards full electronic integration. This takes time.
